Running is not only for the stamina, not only for losing the weight, not only to grow up, but it also meditate our mind while you will run for one hour. You will be silent and concentrate on running. Your mind is getting day, one of the best thing that I have noticed in my running that running is the best meditation. If you want meditate, start running long for 10 km, 15 km, you will definitely very calm in nature, very stable in nature. Very polite with the people. You will work more than what you do today. If you start running that is the importance of running in my life because I have experienced it for two years long regularly. I run for 10 km every and I lose my weight from 98 KG to 64 KG. One thing that I also want to tell to each and every sports lover or a human being in this earth always run barefooted without shoes, because shoes is manufactured by human, it’s a man thing your connectivity with earth is directly by barefooted. You will be much stronger, much calm, much more meditated and very tough with your mind when you run barefooted in comparison to it doesn’t matter either. You will get some spikes or anything in ground, which will it you on your hill, but still you will have to go with that barefoot. It means to say. no shoes all the shoes, Nike, Adidas and many more companies. They all are fake. If you are leaving for 90 years. If you start running, if you start walking without shoes or sleepers barefooted, I think a man can survive for 200 years that is my experience. Yeah, it’s a very complicated and different things that right now I am saying, but this is right. This is the reason why the most of the people are dying under the hundred years because of that shoes and slippers, they lost the connectivity with us.
